GTC 12. Right to Withdraw from a Contract
GTC 12.1. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days of its execution without providing a reason (refer to GTC clause 2.10 for details on the agreement’s execution time). Please note that engaging in demo trades before the expiry of the stipulated time limit forfeits your right to withdraw from the contract.
GTC 12.2. Your withdrawal from the contract must be communicated to us via email at [email protected] within the designated time frame. We will promptly acknowledge the receipt of your withdrawal in written form. Upon withdrawal from the contract, we commit to reimbursing you without undue delay (within 14 days of your contract withdrawal) all fees received from you, using the same payment method you employed.
GTC 12.3. The Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate the Contract in the event of any violation by the Customer as specified in GTC Clause 10.
GTC 13. Defective Performances
GTC 13.1. In the event that the Services deviate from the agreed terms or are not delivered as specified, you have the right to assert your entitlements arising from defective performance. The Provider does not provide any warranty regarding the quality of the services. It is imperative that you promptly notify us of the defect through our email address or the address stipulated in GTC clause 11.2. When exercising your rights stemming from defective performance, you may request correction of the defect or seek a reasonable discount. Should rectification of the defect prove impossible, you reserve the option to withdraw from the contract or pursue a fair discount.
GTC 13.2. We will make every effort to address any complaint you raise promptly, ensuring resolution within 60 calendar days at the latest. We will provide written confirmation of the receipt and resolution of the complaint. In the event that we fail to resolve the complaint within the specified timeframe, you retain the right to withdraw from the contract. Complaints can be submitted by sending an email to our designated email address at [email protected].
GTC 2.6. The fee is charged for granting access to the tradepunji Trading Challenge or the Services offered within the tradepunji Trading Challenge. The Customer is not eligible for a fee refund in instances such as canceling the Customer’s Client Section or requesting cancellation via email, premature termination of Service usage (e.g., failure to complete the tradepunji Trading Challenge or Verification), non-compliance with the conditions of the tradepunji Trading Challenge or Verification, or violation of these GTC.
GTC 2.7. Should the Customer file an unwarranted complaint concerning the paid fee or initiate a dispute with the Customer’s bank or payment service provider (e.g., utilizing chargeback services, dispute services, or similar channels) leading to a request for fee annulment, cancellation, or refund, the Provider reserves the right, at its discretion, to cease delivering any services to the Customer and decline any prospective provision of services.
GTC 2.8. The option you choose for the tradepunji Trading Challenge at the time of placing an order will extend to the subsequent Verification. The subsequent Verification, along with any related products, will commence with the parameters and currency matching the chosen option for the tradepunji Trading Challenge. Once a selection is made, it cannot be altered. It’s important to note that if you are ordering a new tradepunji Trading Challenge, the limitations outlined in GTC clause 2.8 do not apply.
GTC 2.9. The Provider retains the unilateral right to modify the fees and parameters of the Services at any given time, including the criteria for their successful completion. Any changes made do not impact Services already purchased before the notification of the alteration.
GTC 4.5. The Customer has the option to request the termination of the Client Section by sending an email to [email protected] at any time. Submitting a cancellation request for the Client Section is considered a request for contract termination by the Customer, resulting in the cessation of their entitlement to use the Services, including the Client Section and Trading Platform. The Provider will promptly acknowledge the receipt of the request via email, leading to the termination of the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Provider. In such instances, the Customer is not eligible for a refund of previously paid fees or any other incurred costs.
GTC 6.1. Upon payment of the fee for the chosen tradepunji Trading Challenge option, the Customer will be issued the corresponding login details for the Trading Platform. These details will be sent to the email address supplied by the Customer.
IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER, you recognize that, through placing the order, you specifically request the Provider to finalize the services prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period from the contract. This has an impact on your right to withdraw from the contract, as elaborated upon in greater detail in Clause 12.
GTC 15. Out-Of-Court Consumer Dispute Settlement
